This is an opportunity to keep your wrestling skills sharp all summer long!  The format will be that of an organized practice with emphasis on live wrestling and common wrestling situations.  Wrestlers will be lead through common situations and instructed in the different options that exist from each.  The sessions wiill be lead by Nathanial Farley, the 3rd. Year Head Varsity Wrestling coach at Rochester Adams High School, with additional assistance from former all-state and collegiate wrestlers.  These sessions are recommended for wrestlers entering the 8th grade and up, with at least one year of wrestling experience.  Sign up with a buddy to ensure you have a partner for the summer.  Coach Farley will also provide information on off-season tournaments, both folk and free-style.
This is a great opportunity to refine skills, keep in shape, and obtain valuable “mat time” for only $125 for the entire summer!
