Why High Definition Capture? Ten
years ago, the standard wedding videographer was still using VHS equipment
to capture video. When you dial that video up today on your high
definition monitor, it looks pretty sad. That is because VHS
captured about 240 video lines. Digital Video (DV) cameras and DVD's
capture 480 lines. Looks pretty good, even on that expensive plasma
screen--but imagine another 10 years--the average screen size will be over
100 inches--That's why we use High Definition cameras like our Sony
HDV-FX1, which capture 1080 lines--in True high definition with "3
chips" for accurate color rendition. At 1080 lines, that is
more than double the DVD quality that is considered "Standard"
today, we recommend HD so that on your tenth anniversary you can see your
beautiful wedding in
stunning detail.
